Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, particularly within the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Business Expansion:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through strategic partnerships.
  • Lead initiatives to expand services into new markets and geographies, focusing on both organic and inorganic growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to design and implement strategies for market penetration.

Business Strategy:

  • Develop and execute business strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define strategic goals, set priorities, and develop actionable plans for business expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions and strategies.

Client Management and Communication:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of client business objectives and ensure alignment with service offerings.
  • Lead regular client meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and identify additional service opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on account performance, project status, and business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Strategy, and Business Expansion, preferably within the IT services industry.
  • Proven experience in managing large accounts and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including Pre-Implementation Consulting, Managed Services, and Remote Infrastructure Management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management, clients, and internal teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and Product Ownership.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with clients in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, revenue recognition, and financial forecasting.
