Job Title: Human Resources Director


Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time


Location: Revere, MA


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.


Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates

-Process Staff Payroll

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives

- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders

- Manage HR staff and provide guidance and support as needed


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success

- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Strong leadership and team management skills
