POSITION OVERVIEW:
The primary duty of this position is to prepare meals in accordance with designated dietary needs of residents, community standards, and food safety regulations under the supervision of the Food Service Director. You will also be responsible for adhering to health, sanitation, and infection control guidelines, ensuring compliance with the community's established practices and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation principles
- Proficient in English communication and able to follow directives
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Able to collaborate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and community members
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible availability to accommodate assigned shifts
Experience:
- Previous experience in long-term care settings is preferred but not required
Work Schedule and Compensation:
- Available positions for both Full-Time and Part-Time
