Employment Type: Full Time, Year-Round/Seasonal

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Flexible schedule. Must be able to work weekends and holidays when needed.

Summary:

  • Responsible for serving food and beverages to customers.
  • Provide guests with detailed knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
  • Deliver food orders and amenities to guest rooms promptly and courteously.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of orders, maintaining a welcoming attitude.
  • Set up carts and guest amenities, communicating with staff and kitchen as needed.
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle requests through proper channels.
  • Serve food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction with each course.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and complete closing duties.
  • Record transactions and prepare accurate guest checks.
  • Follow all safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
