We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barback and Server to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Club Vail. As a key member of our food and beverage service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Set tables according to type of event and service standards
- Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
- Record transactions in our MICROS system and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and service
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
