This Part-Time job offers an hourly rate $20/hr. Compensation will change as the program continues to grow.

Requirements

The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all A plus is if a candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children.

  • Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success
  • Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
  • Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
  • And finally, our coaches have a blast They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
