Job Description:
As an Unreal Engine Scripting Expert, you will be a key contributor to our innovative projects, focusing on the development of scripts and systems that drive gameplay and interaction in our virtual environments. Your role involves using Unreal Engine's scripting languages, primarily Blueprints and C++, to create robust, efficient, and dynamic game mechanics. You will work in close collaboration with designers, artists, and other developers to ensure seamless integration of scripts into our games and film projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Script Development: Develop and implement scripts using Unreal Engine's Blueprints and C++ to create engaging and responsive gameplay mechanics.
  • AI Integration: Leverage Evertide.ai's AI technologies to enhance the functionality and interactivity of scripts in the gaming and film environments.
  • Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with other developers and team members to ensure the technical feasibility and integration of scripts.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackle technical challenges and optimize scripts for performance and scalability across various platforms.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay at the forefront of scripting and programming trends within Unreal Engine, exploring new ways to enhance game and film experiences.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in scripting and programming within Unreal Engine, with a strong grasp of Blueprints and C++.
  • Familiarity with Evertide.ai's suite of AI tools and their integration into scripting solutions.
  • A solid understanding of game mechanics and interactive storytelling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
