Summary/Objective

DecisionHR which is one of BFC’s business solutions as a PEO (Professional Employer Organization). DecisionHR provides administrative services to our clients such as payroll, workers’ compensation, benefits, and HR consulting. The Human Resource Coordinator is a proactive representative responsible for facilitating human resources administration for DHR clients and employees.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Represents DHR as a liaison with internal operations and human resource staff regarding employment activity (i.e., compliance, new hires, terminations, payroll, etc.).
  • Interpret and research human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Work directly with the HR team to address employee relation issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
  • Performs outbound client service calls to facilitate any additional HR needs that the client may request and/or to verify their HR needs have been met.
  • Follow up on service calls and facilitate any action items (process or policy) and work directly with the HR team to ensure completion.
  • Complete E-Verify and issue compliance documentation.
  • Administer client’s leave of absences (LOA) in accordance to Federal, State and Company compliance for their employees.
  • Provide administrative support and back-up as needed with administering and managing court order issued documents, EPLI claims and wage audits.
  • Supports HR Team with administrative tasks and/or performs other duties as assigned.
  • Assist HR Manager with various projects and/or special projects.

Required Education and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think independently and work collaboratively in a group setting.

Preferred Education and Experience

An Associate degree is preferred along with 2 years of human resources experience. Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems preferred. Experience with MS Office software; image programs (Image Now), and proficient in Excel.
