We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and contributing to our agencys growth. The position offers a competitive base salary of $15.75 - $17 per hour, plus commission opportunities that reward your hard work and dedication.

Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) Work Schedule


Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
  • Initiate cold calls to identify potential clients.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Proactively address client needs and concerns to ensure long-term relationships.

Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
  • No previous insurance experience is required. Preferred candidate would have previous insurance experience.


  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
