As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of your service center and leading the team to profitability through managing key performance indicators such as oil change count, sales, labor, customer satisfaction scores and more.

Your primary role as a Store manager at Strickland brothers is to satisfy our customers. It is imperative that you understand how serious we take our customer satisfaction core value.This includes but not limited to ensuring that the operational procedures are completed on each vehicle, training, encouraging, speaking with customers, scheduling/staffing, maintaining a clean service center & meeting KPI’s.*

Duties:

  • Uphold the Strickland Brothers core values as an ambassador to the brand in the field.
  • Meets all budgets consistently (Sales, oil change counts, labor, NPS Scores, etc).
  • Create a weekly, well-planned schedule meeting the weekly deadline as set forth by the Area Manager.
  • Ensure Strickland Brothers University is completed by all employees within 30 days of hire date. Compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
  • Store and Equip Maintenance.
  • Effective problem-solving skills/solutions with customers and employees.
  • Supervision - Ensuring our policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Build a positive culture in their service center through core values and encouragement.
  • Interviewing and hiring new employees for the service centers.
  • Consistently score acceptable levels on our Customer Evaluation Audits.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service skill set is required.
  • Computer and technology skills are required.
  • Being able to read, write and understand simple math is required.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
