Climate Control Services, a respected and thriving company with over 50 years of experience in the HVAC industry, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrative Manager to join our growing team. Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting activities, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Process payroll and monitor collections at the point of service
- Collect and analyze key performance data for management
- Manage company assets, such as vehicles, information systems, and communication systems
- Resolve billing issues and liaise with clients
- Provide general administrative support, including dispatching and scheduling technicians as needed
- Complete special projects and reports as required
- Secondary School Diploma
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Prior experience in HVAC (preferred)
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Professional attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, analyze and solve problems, and maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
