We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team and lead our operations to new heights.

The General Manager (GM) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth. The GM will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence, developing strategic plans, and implementing best practices to achieve company goals.

The ideal candidate is a high-functioning individual who works with urgency, loves to own their job, and commits to its success. They should have a strong business-to-consumer sales pedigree; HVAC knowledge is not mandatory but preferred.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives and growth targets.
  • Oversee and manage staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and problem resolution.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage expenses to achieve profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Report to the company's executive team and provide regular updates on business performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of business management, financial principles, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High-functioning individual with a sense of urgency and commitment to job success.
  • Strong business-to-consumer sales pedigree.
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and services is preferred but not mandatory.
