Responsibilities

- Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls efficiently, resolving queries and offering solutions.
- Policy Customization: Recommend insurance plans tailored to each client's requirements.
- Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios with additional coverage.
- Relationship Building: Nurture long-term client relationships based on trust and reliability.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends to offer informed advice to clients.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active California Property & Casualty License is required.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to meeting and surpassing client expectations.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an office setting and work effectively with a team.
