**About the Role**:
As a Client Services Associate, you will start with a temporary three-month trial, with a high potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. You will join a team that prides itself on superior customer service, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. You will learn from seasoned professionals in the field, gaining hands-on experience in insurance services and developing a deep understanding of our unique customer-first approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and responding to client calls with professionalism and empathy. Ensuring excellent customer service and client support.
- Organizing, managing, and maintaining client files and documents.
- Assisting in providing complete analysis of clients' insurance needs. (Once licensed.)
- Filing (Assist with transition to digitized files.)
- Print Mail
- Seeking professional development opportunities to stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
