THE POSITION:

Medical Receptionist - Brighton, MI - Full-time - Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM (no weekends)

Are you someone who loves to have purpose by having a positive influence in people’s lives? If yes, then keep reading We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Medical Receptionist for our Brighton, MI location. You will be part of a dedicated team that loves what they do 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Completes general office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies
  • Maintains the inventory of office supplies and places orders when necessary
  • Manages patient schedules and documents
  • Answers phones and attends to patient needs
  • Reviews end of day reports ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Active listener with good character
  • Service oriented
  • Detail-oriented and quality focused
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Organized with strong follow-up skills

Education and Experience:

  • 1+ years experience as a front desk receptionist or medical receptionist
  • 1+ years’ experience with PM/HER/EMR software or equivalent preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • High School diploma or GED
