THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR PLUMBING SALES CONSULTANT

THE SCHEDULE:

As our Plumbing Sales Consultant, your work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

YOUR ROLE:

Your typical day revolves around selling and setting up jobs for our installation crew, which involves making and ordering parts for jobs sold in the field. Your responsibilities also include using effective appointment setting and closing skills to build and provide client estimates and effectively communicating and providing detailed information to help our clients and team stay informed.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of plumbing sales experience
  • Valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 75 lbs. and work at various heights and in confined spaces

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to keep your company truck clean and maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team, both written and verbally
  • Ability to provide exceptional service while helping others
  • Ability to work with a team and independently
  • Strong work ethic, desire to succeed and is coachable and trainable
  • Demonstrates integrity and organizational skills
  • Possess an engaging and enthusiastic personality that thrives in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment

Service Titan software knowledge is a plus
