Responsibilities
  • With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be sourcing and contacting prospective clients about our products and services.
  • With your keen attention to detail, youll build customized insurance policies and packages to meet client's unique needs.
  • Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential when meeting with existing clients for policy changes and one-off client requests.
  • Support existing and referral customers by answering calls, emails and assisting with walk-ins.
  • Use your savvy skills to assist with claims data entry in the insurance quoting system.
  • Attend the offices' weekly team meeting and contribute to the group with your ideas.
  • Maintain records and coordinate all requests for additional documentation from underwriting.
  • Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be creating sales presentations to close
  • with a minimum of 4 new accounts produced monthly.

Requirements

An Active Indiana Property & Casualty License is Required.

Candidate must have previous insurance agency experience.

Basic computer software proficiency including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A critical thinker with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

An effective, organized, communicator with professional typing skills.
