Position Overview

We are seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to join our Corporate Office team in downtown Cedar Falls. Our ideal candidate embodies our core values and brings curiosity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to the role.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily reconciliations of rebate and commission payments.
  • Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Report on cash balances.
  • Assist with balance sheet account reconciliation.
  • Complete and distribute various sales reports.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Assist with day-to-day finance and administrative tasks.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree in accounting/finance or 2 years of accounting experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
