As one of the largest private group practices in the US, BBS is looking for a Patient Services Specialist to join our Location In general, the Patient Services Specialist will:

  • Prepare front office for daily activities.
  • Warmly greet patients, guests, vendors, and visitors
  • Ensure that all patient paperwork, demographics, and insurance information is up to date and correct.
  • Collects co-pay if necessary and issues receipt.
  • Notifies physician office and/or clinic staff of patient arrivals.
  • Maintains accurate and timely patient information in Centricity and Phreesia databases.
  • Answer telephones and transfers caller to appropriate staff member
  • Help create an extraordinary patient experience

EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred but we are willing to train.
