Address Our Mess is currently looking for candidates to fill several open field technician positions. Looking for people who have a positive attitude, is a team player, are dependable and have the ability to work in challenging situations.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid drivers license and a good driving record.
Must possess or, be willing to complete and pass a DOT medical exam for inter-state travel.
Must pass a pre-offer drug test and be willing to random drug testing at any time during your employment.
Must have good verbal communication skills.
Willing to work overtime when needed.
Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check without a felony of any kind and/or a misdemeanor involving assault and/or theft.
Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary for periods of up to a few weeks at a time.
Ability to sit and/or drive for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and ability to lift 100+ pounds with team member assistance.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities: Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Follow direction from the Case Manager assigned to the job. Prepare or stage rooms/areas of home for sorting, keep, and disposal process. Remove unwanted debris, furniture, household, and other items from a customers home(s), and/or out buildings. Thoroughly clean cleared areas of the homes if indicated on the scope of work. Work in unison with other team members in order to successfully complete each assignment within a given time frame. Convey compassion and understanding to each and every customer. Understand and follow all DOT regulated guidelines when traveling. Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines when on the job site and in the office.
