Position Overview:
Raizan Solutions LLC is partnering with a leading client to find an experienced Sales Executive with 7+ years of staffing experience. This is a fully remote opportunity elevate your career with our national sales team. You’ll prospect large enterprise (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies, manage the sales process, navigate complex sales cycles, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies.
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach to new client onboarding.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-making at various levels.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and customers.
- Attend industry events.
Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc.) to mid-market and enterprise-level customers.
- 3-5 years of experience selling managed services (RPO, MSP, VMS).
- Proven success in acquiring new clients in the staffing or managed services space.
- Well-connected with the talent ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
Requirements:
- Must reside in the US.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering, etc.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Additional Information:
This role is based in a standard office environment with frequent use of computers and office equipment. The position involves seeing, color perception, hearing, listening, clear speech, and dexterity in hands. Ability to travel for meetings and projects is required.
