We seek an Associate Trauma-Focused Therapist to join our Chapel Hill, NC team.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
- Obtains an LCMHCA, LCSWA, or LMFTA for provisional practice in North Carolina
- Can commute to the location full-time, with the potential for a hybrid
- Interest in Psychobiological, Somatic, Body-Based, or Trauma-Focused approaches

Beneficial Skills & Experience:
- Must be comfortable using computers - excel, outlook, Athena RMS
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services in both individual and group settings

- Specialization in working with eating disorders
- EMDR certified or experienced
