Job SummaryWe are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and is committed to advancing health through education and research. Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse patient population, including abdominal and vascular surgeries, abdominal oncology, and trauma patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advances in nursing care.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential safety risks and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or higher) or Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current registration with North Carolina State Board of Nursing as a registered professional nurse or current compact RN licensure to practice in the state of North Carolina.
- BLS (or higher) certification.
- Experienced Nurses: Professional specialty certification (preferred).
