Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)


We are seeking a highly organized, outgoing, and empathetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The successful candidate will have the ability to provide direct implementation of behavior analytic services as prescribed in an individualized behavior plan under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT will monitor and collect data for clients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, school, or clinic settings. We are looking for staff that would like to work from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA programs based on individualized treatment plans provided by BCBAs

• Collect ongoing data related to behaviors and skills as directed by BCBAs

• Provide direct feedback to teaching staff, parents/caregivers, and other appropriate persons as needed

• Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations


Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS in psychology or related field

• Experience working with children with autism or behavior challenges

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
