WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

We value our team members' contributions and offer competitive compensation ranging from $15 to $18 per hour.

As our Warehouse/Fleet Team Member, you will work a consistent schedule, running from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the occasional evening, overnight, or weekend requirements that may arise.


YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As the Warehouse/Fleet Team Member, each day begins with a passionate commitment to excellence. Collaborating closely with our project managers, foremen, and technicians, you ensure seamless access to essential supplies and parts. You adeptly handle the loading and unloading of trucks while maintaining meticulous organization within the warehouse. Safety remains paramount as you uphold rigorous safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Flexibility is key as you may also coordinate fleet vehicle maintenance and service. Occasionally, you will make deliveries to job sites, maintaining a client-friendly attitude at every interaction. Your willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies ensures continuous improvement, while your dedication to teamwork and professionalism shines through in all aspects of your work.


WHAT'S REQUIRED?

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations and fleet management
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Must be able to write and communicate in English
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to use basic math skills and reasoning
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds
  • Ability to operate technology relevant to the role (Smartphone, mobile apps, computer, and handheld scanning devices)
  • Ability to correspond and maintain communication via email, text message, and instant message
