We are seeking a dependable and organized individual to join our team as an Office Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a positive and professional impression of our company. The Office Receptionist is responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities.

Pay:
$18.50 - $28.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate staff member
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
