WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANT MANAGER

As a Food Service Assistant Manager at Smoothie King, your day-to-day schedule promises to be dynamic and fast-paced. You're responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently at all times, which means an attentive eye is essential. Managing customer orders, overseeing food and smoothie preparation, and ensuring proper maintenance of all restaurant equipment are all within your purview.

What's more, you're also responsible for managing a team of passionate and highly skilled individuals, mentoring them, and promoting a positive work environment. WHAT MATTERS MOST
