Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will ensure that guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include providing essential items such as bread, water, and butter, as well as maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive your designated service area at the start of each shift.
  • Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival and promptly serve bread, butter, and water.
  • Efficiently clear used tableware between courses and prepare for the next course.
  • Remove all used items from tables after guests depart.
  • Transport soiled tableware to the dishroom, ensuring proper unloading, sorting, and stacking of silverware, dishes, and glassware.

  • Thoroughly clean table surfaces, chairs, and booths between seatings, and check the floor for cleanliness.
Reset and organize the dining tables for the next guests.

  • Regularly inspect the assigned restroom every 30 minutes and perform cleaning as necessary.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and communicate their requests to the serving staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with servers and host staff to optimize seating arrangements and enhance customer service.

  • Assist servers with food delivery, particularly during busy periods and for larger groups.
  • Express gratitude to guests as they leave.
  • Be prepared to assist in various roles to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, as directed by management.

Qualifications:
  • No prior experience in the restaurant industry is necessary.
  • Familiarity with the primary language(s) spoken by our guests is preferred.
  • Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop as required.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours).
  • Must be able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food weighing between 20 to 35 pounds.
