Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure high-quality customer experience
  • Monitor food usage and inventory to ensure adequate supply
  • Provide quality assurance by monitoring food items for taste, smell, and appearance
  • Conduct reviews of our food service program to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy, and assist with waste removal and washing up
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Complete administrative tasks as requested, including food temperatures, wastage, and cleaning schedules
  • Raise any issues or customer suggestions and complaints to the Food Services Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Experience in a food service environment
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to demonstrate great teamwork

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing high-quality customer service. The noise level is moderate, and the employee will be regularly exposed to airborne pathogens.
