**What you’ll do:

**

  • Perform qualifications and sampling of new tools, materials and machines to ensure that preventative maintenance processes are developed which results in acceptable levels of quality and efficiency
  • Assist maintenance and tool technicians in determining causes for machines running outside normal production processes and resolving to maintain an acceptable level of quality and efficiency
  • Train technicians to develop skills needed to maintain acceptable line performance to reduce scrap and machine downtime
  • Assist in audits, inspections, safety meetings, GMP reviews and other duties not directly related to engineering duties
  • Attend daily meetings with Maintenance Manager and staff to discuss past 24 hour issues and resolutions
