Compensation: High Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions (Commission off of dollar one, no threshold)

Job Description:
As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their shipping needs, and providing tailored logistics solutions that enhance their supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
