About the Position

We are seeking a people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet talent acquisition goals for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mindset, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain solid relationships with all stakeholders.

This is a full-time, remote position that may require travel to our various offices on occasion.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate end to end recruiting process for candidates, from creation of job postings and sourcing to screening/interviewing, evaluation, and closing.
  • Proactively source and engage talent through a variety of targeted search methods and channels, with a focus on sourcing specialized talent via non-traditional sourcing methods.
  • Work with key stakeholders across the organization to execute and improve recruiting processes and interviewing capabilities.
  • Form relationships with colleges and universities to secure recruiting partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to build our company brand and reputation on social media sites, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Ensure data integrity in recruiting tools, including ATS and sourcing platforms, and internal systems.
  • Use data to improve one's own performance as well as to make recommendations and identify trends.
  • Continuously deliver on hiring goals and elevate Luster's ability to land top talent with a continued focus on ensuring diversity across all pipelines.
  • Serve as an employer branding champion, representing the company at job fairs, open houses, webinars, etc.
  • May coordinate talent acquisition related programs/projects.
  • Stay abreast of employment and hiring laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
  • 4+ years' work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Strong familiarity with a variety of job posting platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse).

Compensation Details

The salary range listed for this role is $55-75k annually. It is not common for starting salaries to come in at the very top of the range; they usually fall somewhere in the middle. The final salary offered is based on multiple factors and is thoughtfully aligned with each candidate's level of experience, breadth of skills, total education achieved, certifications/licenses that have been obtained, etc.
