We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers a base salary ranging from $34,000 to $40,000, with additional commission opportunities ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 based on upsells. We also provide other incentives until you obtain your insurance license.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new customers once licensed.
- Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction through consistent communication.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
- Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
- Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
- Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
Requirements
- License Requirements: Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License and have previous customer service or office experience to be considered.
- Licensing Reimbursement Program Available
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong computer skills.
- Proficient in navigating and utilizing features of agency-specific software platforms.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
