Job Description

As a Construction Manager / Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in the success of diverse construction projects. You'll bring your expertise to bear on construction projects of varying sizes. Your responsibilities will extend to interpreting project specifications and plans across various disciplines, inspecting and coordinating inspection of construction work, coordinating schedules, verifying projects are completed per the project documents, and overseeing projects of various complexity. You will be instrumental in driving projects to successful completion. Your role ensures not only the efficient execution of tasks but also contributes to the overall excellence and success of each project, reflecting your commitment to quality in construction management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Construction Materials Testing, which will be crucial for success in this position.

You will travel to various job sites at different stages of construction and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.

This position includes:

  • The use of a company truck for transportation to and from job sites.
  • Applicable PPE (personal protective equipment) provided.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or other applicable field, preferred but not required. 
  • A minimum of three (3) year of experience in construction materials testing, geotechnical, construction observation, or construction inspection.
  • The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving history.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • OSHA 10 preferred, but not required.
