The ideal candidate will be able to supervise 20+ production employees in a CNC Machining facility. Maintain a positive working environment and coach individuals to succeed. Understand and support Will-Mor’s policies and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise 20+ employees
  • Speak effectively before groups and communicate with Machining Manager.
  • CNC Set-up holding tight tolerances and meet production standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, conduct proper inspections of first piece runs and in process parts using standard inspection tools.
  • Understand machine tool accuracies, fixture offsets and tool offsets.


Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Must have machine shop or manufacturing experience.
  • Leadership or Supervisory experience.
  • Ability to make good decisions.
