Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Operate a forklift and other equipment to move merchandise and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Process damaged or defective merchandise, including salvage, donation, and vendor return procedures.
- Work collaboratively with department teams to track, plan, and execute inventory counts and control cycles.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory status for all damaged, defective, and returned merchandise.
- Conduct daily club safety walks and escalate findings to Asset Control Inventory Supervisor.
- Support the Inventory Control Count Team in executing count processing as assigned.
- Process merchandise recalls, tire and battery returns, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
This role requires frequent movement on hard surfaces, bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, stooping, and climbing ladders/step stools. Frequently requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds, and may require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance.
