The Role
We're seeking a dynamic account executive who not only excels at sales but also thrives in a role where they can shape and build the sales strategy. This unique opportunity allows you to collaborate closely with the CEO in defining our sales playbook and driving its execution.

Responsibilities
While traditional account executive roles typically follow an existing playbook, this role gives you the chance to create it. We believe three key traits will lead to success in this position:
- Owner Mindset: You're intensely curious and challenge conventional methods. You prioritize action and embrace rapid experimentation.
- Sales IQ: You boast a proven track record of success in tech sales, with at least 1+ years of experience closing deals ranging from $10-50K ACV.
- Ambitious: You're eager to showcase your abilities while working closely with the founders in a fast-paced, learning-driven environment.
As our founding account executive, you'll go beyond traditional sales responsibilities. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our positioning, pricing, providing product feedback, and more. Initially, you'll manage our outbound pipeline and process, with future responsibilities including our inbound pipeline.
Requirements
Essential
- Closing Experience: Minimum 1+ years of quota-carrying experience in tech sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong Track Record: We'll conduct reference checks to verify your attainment history.
Preferred
- Business Development: Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) at a SaaS company.
- Startup Experience: Previous experience in a startup environment, preferably from seed through series B stages.
Attitude
- Low Ego: You're open to feedback and see it as an opportunity for growth.
- Collaborative: You excel in team environments, collaborating across functions to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers.
- Hustler: You're willing to put in the effort needed to drive results.
- Organized: Your pipeline management skills are top-notch, and your CRM is always up-to-date with deal details.
- Self-Starter: You're proactive in learning new tools and skills.
