About this role

We are helping our friends, a rising San Francisco based startup, building AI customer support for the enterprise in the search for an Account Executive.

This Founding AE will work directly with the founders to build a category-defining product and scale it to massive enterprises and high-growth startups alike.

They're looking for someone who is excited by this challenge and the potential impact they can make if they do this right. Youre a product-minded AE who thrives in a highly autonomous environment. They're not asking you to build up a team or a sales motion, but you should be comfortable starting from scratch. You should have experience closing $100k+ deals and prior role(s) at early-stage teams.

They have strong engineers on the team and the ability to aggressively support potential sales with customizations to close the deal. The business is early, but they've won every deal they've competed in so far and have closed large enterprises like Eventbrite.

About the offer:

  • Salary $220k - $320k TC, around 50/50 split between base and OTE
  • Visa sponsorship available
  • On-site work policy: In-person at our offices in San Francisco
  • Full-time position
  • This is a full time, W-2 role
