You will:

  • Exceed sales targets relative to assigned quota on a consistent basis.
  • Provide ongoing and accurate visibility / status of pipeline and forecast.
  • Develop and work opportunities from inception to a closure.
  • Coordinate all resources (internal, customer, partner) and activities necessary for an effective and efficient enterprise software solution sales process.
  • For the target accounts, develop plans to: drive account / opportunity development, penetrate or expand accounts, differentiate, develop relationships and grow and close deals.
  • Develop and execute on territory & account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential
  • Work cross-functionally with extended team members
  • Coordinate and co-sell with selected partners
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on sales campaigns
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and make our customers successful
You need:
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software solution with 2+ years in MarTech
  • 4+ years of experience working with large accounts and selling 6+ figure deals
  • 3+ years of experience selling CDP, Omni-channel, email or related Martech solutions is strongly preferred
  • Track record of success in overachieving sales quotas
  • Experience putting together comprehensive account planning
  • Strength in using solution selling tactics, handling objections and developing positive ROI proof points.
  • Proven and consistent hunting skills (both initial penetration and cross-selling)
  • Comfortable in presenting a complex, technical proposition at an executive, corporate overview level, running first meetings with customers without a sales engineer
  • Strong relationships in territory with customers as well as the partner and vendor ecosystem
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Savvy in using CRM and quoting tools (Blueshift is using salesforce.com)
  • High integrity and great work ethics
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or technical domain is preferred
