Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience & Financial Coordinator team member. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer interactions and robust financial management. The ideal candidate will be adept at juggling multiple responsibilities, from customer service to financial tasks, in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Customer Service:

  • Manage high volumes of customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and tact.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Actively listen to customer concerns and provide solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail.

Financial Management:

  • Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable, including some collection activities.

  • Support in financial reporting and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.

  • Work closely with management to stay informed about new products, services, and policy changes.

  • Relay important customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

General Duties:

  • Assist with various program operations and special projects as assigned.

  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner.

 

Qualifications:

 

Proven experience in customer service.

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle financial transactions and basic accounting principles.

Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for potential off-site duties).

Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Experience with CRM software.

Knowledge of financial software or systems.

Previous work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
