Your New Role:

  • Coordinate and lead the retail sales team to achieve new and used sales goals.
  • Will be responsible for market share commitments and growth.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Will streamline operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage potential customer leads and CRM activity.
  • Collaborate with the service team on customer needs.
  • Work directly with the marketing team on sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of the sales team.
  • Understand the Company’s products as well as competitive products.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support is achieved.
  • Manage stock inventory levels at all locations and assist with quarterly audits.
  • Conduct sales meetings, attend trade shows, and other events.
  • Monthly travel to our seven store locations within the Chicagoland area.
Requirements:

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • A valid driver’s license
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 3-5 years of management experience
  • Experience in construction management or sales is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
