Duties:

The Central Sterile Processing Technician provides sterile products instruments to all members of the health care team.


Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent education is required.

Completion of an appropriate Aide training program, a Central Technician program or 6 months previous experience in Central Supply.

Ability to read, write, add, subtract and read temperature gauges.

Ability to exercise tact and discretion

NICHSPDP Certification is required as a qualification for a CSP Tech position.


Skills:

Completion of an appropriate Aide training program, a Central Technician program or 6 months previous experience in Central Supply - Required

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent education - Required


Infusion Pump Deep Cleaning Project

This position will be working at each hospital for 2 months at a time until the inspections are complete.

This person MUST be reliable, they can\'t call into work all the time and must have reliable transportation.

Shifts can be flexible, likely 7-4

Must have experience working in a hospital environment.
