When you join as a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a strategic business partner who fosters an environment of trust and confidence with operations while providing an exceptional experience to the organization applicants and candidates.

You Will:

  • Be responsible for adapting, reacting, projecting, planning and implementation of various sourcing and recruiting strategies, and also responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws governing selection and hiring.
  • Develop proactive research and sourcing strategies to impact pipeline of a diverse workforce.
  • Initiate requisitions and conduct partner strategy meetings with hiring managers for specialized roles.
  • Lead the successful management, prioritization, and closing of searches.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies
  • Make and influence decision based on industry related KPIs

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (experience formatting pivot tables with various formulas).
  • Effective Communicator (written, verbal and presentation skills
