Job Summary:

The Director Of Growth Marketing, will report into the Chief Marketing Officer. You will be responsible for the Growth and Performance goals across FitLab’s portfolio of brands. You’ll define, plan, launch and optimize customer acquisition and retention programs to drive efficient CAC and LTV. You will research and explore channel expansion, outlining how opportunities play into our company-wide vision. Develop testing strategies across all platforms and mediums focusing on key success metrics. Perform other job-related projects/duties as assigned.


Responsibilities:

  • Foster, support, and value diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship, feedback, and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Execute the day-to-day media planning and buying in both Meta and Google.
  • Introduce processes to create scalability in creative and campaign testing.
  • In conjunction with marketing directors, you’ll own media budget, marketing forecasting, and delivery against key business metrics.
  • Establish KPIs for marketing performance, and be responsible for key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.)
  • Create a reporting plan which should include weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights.
  • Lead efforts to expand into new channels and create testing strategies.
  • Develop a hiring planning that aligns with the goals established by each business unit.
  • Assist with recruitment, training and onboarding of new staff and contractors.
  • In conjunction with the CMO participate in quarterly and annual planning across all FitLab brands.
  • Ensure the Marketing department is following project management best practices and delivering tasks as planned.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience leading successful marketing teams and strategies.
  • Minimum 5+ years of media planning and buying.
  • Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, CRO, and SEO.
  • Familiarity with acquisition analysis, A/B testing, and ad fraud detection.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of mobile performance marketing, trends, and best practices.
  • Experienced people leader who has built, developed, and retained high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience leading growth strategies and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytic skills and experience reporting on full funnel metrics
  • Fitness or related industry experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in testing methodologies, versioning / personalization.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, etc.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
