Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Navigator:Assist executive leadership in plotting the course for our organization's growth and impact, crafting strategies that align with their mission, values, and vision for the future.
  • Operational Maestro:Lead with precision and finesse, overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:You're a seasoned leader with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the non-profit sector. Experience in development or fundraising is a plus
