Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care Excellence:

  • Provide outstanding patient care and set a high standard for customer service.

  • Collaborate with our remote medical team to swiftly address patient concerns.

  • Ensure exceptional treatment outcomes, embodying our commitment to excellence.

Clinic Morale and Team Collaboration:

  • Partner with the Location Director to cultivate a positive and cohesive clinic atmosphere.

  • Regularly engage with the team to gather feedback and maintain high morale.

  • Work hand-in-hand with Human Resources to continuously enhance the clinic environment.

Clinical Operations Mastery:

  • Lead by example in maintaining clinic flow, managing inventory, and ensuring room turnover.

  • Support sales teams with upsells and monitor clinician utilization and staffing needs.

  • Oversee patient satisfaction and follow up on any concerns, ensuring continuous improvement.

Training and Development:

  • Collaborate with regional and training teams to provide comprehensive training for all clinicians.

  • Travel to other clinics as needed to share your expertise and support regional training efforts.

  • Identify and address training needs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid certification or license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state(s) of practice.

  • Preferably one year of aesthetic dermatology experience or one year of charge nurse experience.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

  • Proficient in Google Suite and familiar with clinic management software.

  • Weekend availability required.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

  • Proficient eye-hand-foot coordination for operating aesthetic devices and administering injectables.

  • Ability to perceive and differentiate colors effectively.

  • Capable of bending, sitting, standing, and walking without assistance.

  • Ability to remain stationary for approximately 50% of the time.

  • Ability to hold laser and device handpieces for extended periods.

  • Can lift equipment up to 8 pounds and move devices on wheels requiring up to 35 pounds of force.
