Job Summary
Liberty Healthcare is seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a licensed LCSW or LMFT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assessment and treatment services to adults who are justice involved and experiencing mental illness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to inform treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide cognitive-behavioral treatment and psychoeducation to individuals and groups
- Serve as a case lead to assigned patients, ensuring continuity of care
- Proactively engage with family and collateral contacts to support treatment goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong background in assessing and counseling adults with mental health needs. Experience working in forensic settings is an asset, but not required.
