Estimated Annual Salary: $72,000 + (dependent on experience)

Job Overview:
- Enforce all company policies, including vehicle capabilities, proper hauling, personnel policies, and Drug and Alcohol testing.
- Greet customers and discuss the type of services provided and compute charges for service.
- Responsible for hiring and training new employees, maintaining inspections and certifications when necessary.
- Provide information to customers via telephone or face to face about rented equipment then locate and transfer equipment when necessary.
- Keep records of transactions such as, billing cycles for customers, logged pickups, calls for equipment and information on equipment transfers.
- In charge of the general operations of store, the first one in and last one out making sure all contracts are written and cash drawer is updated.
- Responsible for approving timecards and ensuring all weekly time and attendance records are transmitted and communicated to payroll for processing.
- Maintain staffing levels consistent with business needs to ensure excellent customer service.
- Plan and promote the daily schedule for employees.
- Prepare and oversee preparation of necessary reports and paperwork required of CDL drivers and oversized loads through Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
- Promote safety in the work environment and assists loading or unloading any equipment as well as overseeing in accordance with the service manager.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Three years' management experience in construction and industrial equipment, preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid DOT physical exam (or ability to obtain)
