Summary

Aspire Early Learning Academy, LLC is currently hiring for an Academy Director to work Monday - Friday for approximately 40 hours per week in the Midlands community. This is a salaried position responsible for leading a team of up to 9 employees. Interested Applicants will need to attach a relevant resume.

Duties

The Academy Director is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and quality of education, for all children within the center's care. The Academy Director is also accountable for the overall operational management by well-established guidelines, including curriculum implementation, employee and facilities management, legal and budgetary considerations, and long-range business planning. The Academy Director ensures that the needs of the students, parents, teachers, and the goals of the academy are met appropriately.

This position reports directly to the Regional Academy Director and CEO.

Requirements

Required Minimum Qualifications for Academy Director:Associate Degree in Early Childhood or related field or Bachelor's Degree in any field with Early Childhood Experience
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a licensed childcare facility.
SLED, FBI, and Central Registry Background Check (completed by the company).
Health Assessment TB Test
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership/supervisory position.
The company will provide management/leadership training.
