DCD Automotive Holdings is looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to our team, Located within our Corporate Offices

Responsibilities

  • Set up new vendors and verify all information received is complete and accurate.
  • Scan and code invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist vendors with invoices and payment inquiries.
  • Process weekly check runs, including both ACH payments and Manual checks.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Accurately review and process vendor invoices.
  • Reconcile vendors statements monthly.
  • Assist with Voids, check re-issue when needed.
  • Research and assist with inquiries and requested information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
  • Assist with 1099 Preparation.
  • Other duties to be assigned.

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications

Interpersonal, organizational, detail-orientated, problem solving, multi-tasking, verbal and written communications skills.
